Sg & lps

Safe has lost some work.. and LPS got it, we just received 128 works order yesterday and all of them have SG stickers on them, from what my guys in the field tell me.

The GOOD... SG is getting their comeuppance

The BAD.. i dont have enough contractors and processors to keep up with it all..

It has gotten so busy at LPS that they haven't even called about the late work.. and i got a butt load of it too.

Same here! We have had a few emails asking where some of the late is but for the most part they aren't pressing. They threatened reassign a couple of times and i asked them to please go ahead. They didn't reassign and we are buried in work.

I hired a processor back that had left and hired a new contractor. We are BURIED in southern Illinois though i don't know if we will ever get caught up.

I figured this monolith would play out like this, these company's leaving SG like this would happen quietly and under the table and that's what i see happen now.

I was warned about this last month, but didn't believe it. but still SG is taking on the chin badly, the mandates, new directives flying off the PC's is a dead giveaway.plus this how you have to dress when on the job, are you freaking serious SG.....nope you wont be able to keep this under the rug much longer.

One of SG regional has been bugging the crap out us for 2 months, trying and begging to get us to do their work.I still don't know how they got our contact info because we don't advertise at all.

The last email went something like this...sign up plz, we just had to re-sign a 12k job in your area... So if they got people in my area why the hell do they need me...

The info coming out of the think tanks being published on the condition of the housing market is a complete and total lie.The Shadow inventory is huge.

Yep, Wells Fargo has been steaming right along with us. We also got a solicitation from Safeguard this week. That's one crazy girlfriend we won't be taking back. I can't see boarding windows and tarping roofs in sweater vests and deck shoes anyhow.

Lol, knowing them, it was originally a 20k before their discount, which they adjusted to industry standards to 15k. That guy is gone so they are telling you it is a 12K job and hurry please.

The inventory you are speaking of is more localized that in years past. There are heavy pockets in some areas that will continue to keep crews busy for some time.
