Complete Property Restoration

I have not seen this one mentioned on here. Just received their vendor package. Initial cut $40. Re-cuts $25. Shrub trimming (up to 5) $10. The list goes on!! But the best part is the following notice on the price schedule.

There are a couple companies that are lower level subbers out ther that go by CPR....both have the same name and both IMHO are not reputable...at least that is the information that has been provided to me...

Yes, LPS rates are the same as HUD, $50, minus discount of course...

HUD pricing I have off their site is $85.00 initial cut and $80 Re-cuts.

their pricing is at least half or the HUD pricing schedule and them they ask for your discount rate too? Would that be a discount off the half price???? This ain't a pumpkin clearance on Nov 1ST!!!!
