Commercial Work

Anyone Here work for any National Maintenance Companys?I soon want to get into commercial Maintenance.

Same business as working for a preservation national. They all have call in prodecures and forms for the store managers to sign and pics to be taken

My experience is that it takes at least 90 days to get paid and then only after you harass them for weeks.

I am owed one more check from the one I was working for and I am done with them forever.

I've heard a lot of that as well.



I've got local commercial contracts. Paid in 10 to 45 days.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

We have been contacted several times for commercial maintenance or GC work. Primarily for water and fire restoration. To date we have never done any actual work due to the low pay and the excessive requirements.
