MCS issues

Anybody else have issues the last 2 weeks with MCS? They must have a new group of processors because it seems like every other work order now is getting denied for crap that wasnt even on the work order. They have always been kinda pain but lately they are as dumb as a box of rocks. ( sorry rocks)

MCS. WO denied because you did not take pictures of the toilet cleaning.
Me: Hey idiots read the wo it was a lock change. Wint already done by another vendor.

MCS: wo denied for excessive bid of leaf clean-up.
ME: Hey Idiots it was a maid refresh wo. If you don't like the leaf bid don't except it but your paying me for the Maid work.

Mcs : wo denied pictures do not show a LB on the side door.
Me: Hey idiots there is no lock box at the property nor did the wo instruct to install 1.

MCS: Wo denied you did not show pictures of cleaning the ceiling fan or washing windows.
Me: hey idiot you go to this address in the hood and find me a ceiling fan in the house or any windows that are not broken and boarded and I will give you $100

MCS: wo denied because there are no pictures showing a co2 detector.
Me : hey Idiot it is an all electric condo. what the hell do you need a co2 detector for gamma rays?

Ok sorry guys rants over.God I'm glad I finally am getting some work direct.

It is all based on how their new trainees interpret the procedures manual.

It's cold & flu season, the nationals are having to hire temps to replace the highly trained and knowledgable kids that are out sick. I'm sure it's only temporary and things will be back to "normal" soon. Hang in there!

Iíve already told you more than I know.

Does normal mean they will go back to using a name brand lubricant when they ask you to grab your ankles?
