I wouldn't be afraid one bit to confront that SOB. That dirt bag loser would confront the barrel of my rifle and I'd let the castle doctrine law sort it out.

Seems like with some contractor bags spread over the basement floor and some cleaning supplies from your truck, the issue would resolve itself rather quickly.
