Lets play a game Guess Who?

After being in this business for so long and shaking my head at some of the most ridiculous requests I have ever heard of I thought it would be fun to play a little game. All you have to do is post the request and let us guess which national or regional submitted it to you.
I'll start with my favorite.
"Please return to the property and show lines not holding pressure by hooking up compressor to show lines don't hold pressure" ????!!!!
Guess who said this?

Please return to property and complete boarding of one window per allowable. Please bid all conveyance issues while at property.

This is after I submitted a bid because every window was gone and they all needed to be boarded. The owner took all of the windows and frames.

Would it not just be easier to approve the bid and let me do all of them.

After reviewing photos and your bid please return to property and provide more measurements for boarding. This was already done the first time. How many can you give them?

About a week later I get a work order to board two windows and install a security door. I placed a bid the first time for 8 windows, two doors, and one slider.

The crack heads next door was using it to do there dope in, so they just busted all of the windows out.

This property just so happened to be the furtherest away from me. After the second order to board one more window I gave up and sent the order back. I went back out there about a month later and all of the openings were boarded by another contractor.

I am now out of the industry after three years of suffering.

"I know this is out of your area but can you do this initial grass cut as a favor for me? You don't have to do anything else."
Ok
Two weeks later, get request for recut.
Deny. Out of my area.
"If you don't do it, we will pull this property from your list!"

The reason? You are being paid for the service. Pretty damn good reason if you ask me. 'Ours is not to question why...'
