What happens when National cant find contractor?

Hello, was curious if anyone knows what happens when a National cant find someone to complete an order in an area. There are several areas in Idaho where I know there is no one doing the work, just because the terrain and distance between properties is not even worth it, even for a bottom feeder.

What do they do if they cant find someone to take the work in that area?

Often times those properties go to a realtor who uses a local crew. Even on Pre foreclosure.

That looks like every house we go to!

VRM would like you to clean that out, do a thorough sales clean, cut the grass, install a new sump pump, repair that roof damage, for $700.00. If you service it every 2 weeks until it sells they will give you the other $300.00 of your money.
