How to deal with unpaid work orders?

Resolved. I would delete this, but there is no delete option.

You may not like my advice, but here it is none the less.

First off, spend time read here. MCS has been discussed fairly extensively as well as many regionals and subbers, many of which are failing (read the Hudrix thread as the most recent example).

Secondly, if it sounds too damn good to be true, IT IS. MCS isn't paying them for work completed a week ago. While I commend that regional in stating that's their pay schedule, what kind of capital do they have in float to keep all the contractors such as yourself afloat? One big hit from MCS and they are screwed as well as yourself and everyone else who works for them.

Good Luck, being you are only 3 weeks out, I'd try diplomacy a little longer. You start threatening liens and you'll be cut off........

Man, what a relief, they just scheduled all my payments except one, but hey anything is better than nothing.
