Have not. I have ordered tens of thousands of locks, winterization supplies, etc from them over the years. Stopped doing business with them over several issues. I paid approx $900 (a typical order) for locks and the order arrived with different key codes and missing others completely. I emailed, called them etc. Fairly polite but refused to correct the order as the weight was comparable to what I had paid for, so it must have arrived. The mispacked items were supposed to be shipped back to them. This happened to me maybe once every five or six orders. I usually just kept the stock and lived with it. I think I finally got tired of it.
I'm too old to spend my days thinking of ways to cheat the mail order guys so I said thank you for your time and decided that was the last dollar they would see from me. Whether they are a subsidiary of Safeguard made no difference to me at the time. Look at my payment history and figure out if I'm a customer worth keeping or not.
