Msi

Just wondering if anyone else has seen a sharp decline in MSI orders the past 3 months or so. Im in MS and I only do inspections with them, and have seen the work come to a trickle the last 3 or 4 months. I used to see a lot of Nationstar orders from them. Now I am seeing Nationstar orders pop up from other vendors. I was getting 10-14 bucks from MSI, these other companies are offering half of that. Im trying to figure out if MSI lost the work or if maybe they awarded someone a regional or state contract.

I can't get a straight answer from anyone at their office.

We never got a whole lot of work from them, but have only seen about 3-4 orders in the past 6 months or so. I find their WOs time consuming to process, so I'm not really complaining about it, though.

I had a lot of work with them and then it all got cancelled about 6 months ago. Some the properties I drove by had for rent signs in the yard.Haven`t had anything in a couple of months. Been asked to go out of my coverage area to do a job, but I don`t do that. Never works out for me!

On the ispection side, their orders were very fast and easy. Nearly all their inspections only required 1 photo, although I usually supplied 3 or 4

Most of my orders were Trustmark and Nationstar orders. Hate they lost their contract. The companies who are picking up their lost work are wanting them done for less money and have more pic requirements. I hope MSI gets it back. Their orders really helped my bottom line.

Same issue here in NY, can never get a clear answer from anyone at MSI. It appears that they have lost the client, not surprised really. Their orders were easy to complete, sure do miss them.
