it is like the old say goes give a man a gun and he can rob a bank....Give a man a bank and he can rob the world.
I too am owed in excess of 19K from Buczek. I am not a property preservation contractor I own an environmental firm. I wrote reports and supplied lab reports. I covered 1/2 of PA.
Buczek locked me out of their web page with out any warning in Aug. I continued to work for them up until November. I was given the same BS story about network is down, we will catch you up next week and on and on and on.
I already hired n attorney in Jan sent Buczek 2 letters giving them 30 days to respond and in the mean time I started the lien process.
I am in the process of sending out the 30 day notice of "Intent to Lien" as required in Pa,
The best 20 bucks I spent is when I joined a web page called property shark! After beating my head against the wall dealing with individual county tax assessors web portals to get the deed info. I was able to get all the info in less than 3 hours!
The only thing I need, and has proved most difficult to find is a physical address for Altisource. I was hoping to find some help here. does anyone have one?
Thank you in advance
