Do you think this gets my point across?

I added this to the qualifier section of my proposals.

No part the wording or price of this proposal may be changed by anyone other than the person submitting this proposal on the behalf of Gypsos Enterprises, Inc. Any changes made by anyone other than the person submitting this proposal on the behalf of Gypsos Enterprises, Inc. will immediately render the proposal null and void and the proposal is considered to be immediately withdrawn as if it were never submitted.

It's gets the point across

I would clean up the language a bit though. It's a bit redundant and clumsy.

Copied the form and flow from commercial contracts I have dealt with over the years. Makes most of the nationals look like kinder gardeners wrote their contracts.

I will make revisions if they are negotiated and agreed upon beforehand. I do this all the time to include or exclude various scope items. If I do the proposal says Revised Proposal across the top.
