Who pays per hazard...

I'm in NE Ohio and we have one company that is upfront on allowables and pays per hazard..Chems, paint & tires and 50% o the time will approve our repair bids. I want more companies like this. I don't like the package comps .. Not a winning deal for us vendors .. And I've already had the displeasure of being screwed on an entire pay from a company that rhymes with shmuniversal. Lol. So just seeing if you folks could help out. Thanks in advance!
