New to Hillsborough County, FL

Hey Guys,

I have decided to be crazy and get into this business after working as the desk jockey for 7 1/2 years. My crew also has experience in property management and construction work. So, together, we feel we have a good team. I know this is still the slow season and things will be cranking up real soon for companies, but any assistance is appreciated. We are signing up with the Regionals and Nationals as we try and attempt to weed out the really bad ones from the decent ones. However, if any one has any leads, we would love to hear from you. We are also trying to get in with the Real Estate Agents and New Construction Companies around here - as there are tons of new Construction sites. Any suggestions on how to break in with these companies? You guys are awsome and I love reading all your posts. It has already been extremely helpful and informative - especially on my previous employers. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

-Teresa

Agreed!

I read this and all I can ask is if there is a comprehension problem?

No offense but getting into this business is a worse idea than saving VCR tapes because they will be worth a fortune in 20 years.

Your such a buzzkill. They said the same thing to Ross Perot before he invested in Kodak.

The real money is in those Atlanta Olympics coke bottles I have in the basement. Someday I will never have to work again!!! I also snagged a few beanie babies and some NASCAR memorabilia at a trash out in 05 when that stuff hits the 10year mark it's going on ebay and I'm taking the wheels off the trailer! We will get a real foundation with underpinning and the whole thing! It's gonna be epic!

LOL - well, when you have worked for the man and get constantly laid off due to cut backs because our economy sucks - you have to fight for your unemployment anyway. =)
