So our field QC person use to be a vendor.. but is now a QC person? what would you do if you knew they were trying to put you out of business. We hold some of the best scores, But they always find something wrong. Im not saying im perfect, But i know im better then the idoits that are in my area. your only defense is pictures. if you have pictures of how the place looked when you were at the property...they can't hurt you.

Take him out to lunch. Don't talk about work. Just be nice and show a human side to this business.

Yep had this happen ONCE. This was when this crazy QC Crap was just starting and this prick was moron trying to make life hell. The area that kept getting dinged we had serviced by our crewchief that was an ex pro hockey player. We requested a one-on-one meeting to review problem areas.

6'4" 30yr old, missing front teeth retainer removed, 250lb muscle machine with a pipe to use as his pointer seemed to settle ALL problems. Wish I coulda been there.
