Another Prob With AMS

So as my Qc guy was out Sat checking one of our initials we just completed the Inspector from Tongsua shows up and is talking with my Qc guy, and goes on to tell my guy how he has done this type of work for 13 years him and his dad still do initial services for AMS. But they do a high volume of inspections for Tongsua. How the hell is that fair. Let me inspect there work then. Complete Bull. No Wonder I can get 4.0s from the broker and still get fair and good from the inspector. We ended up getting a go back on a property for 1CY of debris in the basement we get sent a photo of the window screens. these are nice new ones that the broker asked that we leave. there QC is just BS. Maybe I will try and become a vendor for Tongsua then I can inspect my own property's

Life is not fair. Lesson learned when I was 5 years old.

Tell the broker you are being told to toss them out and watch the SHTF. My brokers always had my back here and AMS listened to them. I had ZERO issues in 2 1/2 years but i am in an area where contractors are hard to find......

Keep the listing agents up to date on stuff like that. They should be the ones on the horn complaining when the regional can't use common sense.

I like your idea, put them in the hot seat and they will correct their actions quick

In the future tag them DO NOT REMOVE

and send the pic in with your initial service. Then you have a photo, a photo almost always fits into their little squares. In the meantime close out that order with your old photos and comment Broker Does Not Want Removed. That will buy you some time and maybe you'll get out that way for something else. Auditing may kick it back, and they may not.
As far as the other guy's business that's his business.
