Worked for what was then "FAS" up until about 2011. If stealing were a contest, they would have been neck and neck with Safeguard with each one changing the lead by a nose, back and forth. There have been a couple threads in the past mentioned some improvement since then.

Thumbs down

I had beenwith them for 12 years and decided t hey were getting too needy. I bailed when ALL the properties I was servicing were no longer in my query. NO charge backs and NO come backs. I have a friend that I got into the business and has FAS as a client... (FAS and AFAS are synonymous) They are now requiring E&O insurance that will cost him 4500 a year and when he stopped and realized that they are NOT sending him a single trashout per month the answer was obvious. He has a flawless servicing record and it was flabbergasting that his E&O was so much, only company that would tough him was LLOYDS OF LONDON. In my opinion ask FAS for t he other contractors in your area and see what kind of volume you are going to get. The inspections that are now 14 screens long and LIABILITY is why I said NO and bailed. I had a property that had been sitting with water and power shut off 5 years prior! That's too long for a house to be sitting and would be all jacked up ! If you do decide to get on with them make your coverage area small and branch out otherwise they WILL RUN YOU RAGGED .

Best of LUCK ,
