If this line of work paid more I would get a newer gravely with a bigger deck. The gravely I have is tough, I can tear most things up just by looking at it, but I've been using and abusing mine for almost 2 years now.
I've also been looking at the bad boyz mowers

I bought a World Lawn Cobra about 10 months ago. 3 year commercial warranty and a 10 year deck warranty. Spindles are sealed bearings so no greasing them.

52" cut, 27 HP Kawasaki engine and it is a beast. I cut 2' tall grass in the rain a few days ago and it barely bogged down.

I paid $6,200 plus tax.

My next one is gonna be the King Cobra. Bigger engine, bigger deck, bigger tires and beefier all the way around.

I still have my Kubota, but it currently the hanger queen with a $1400 gearbox blown out.
