yes, 'also if they do may they only pay like a few hundred bucks. If you call they ask why your arent getting the work conmpleted and you explain that they are not paying on the dates. The reply is that the first 3 months is hard..

This guy is a crook! He saw me and my guys doing a trash out at a house and stopped by and asked if I was interested in taking more work. He explained all of his work was from realtors and had a respectable price sheet and agreed to let me pick what areas I needed to fill in the blanks so I took a few. The next week he put 50 jobs on my page so I told him I would only take a few jobs a week until the checks started flowing. Well then I got a few calls from contractors asking about his pay and then heard he was getting his orders from Safeguard. I was offered those same cuts directly from Safeguard in May and wouldn't take them because of the bad rep they have so I decided to ease away from him. As expected when the time came no pay.I called for two weeks and "it's being mailed out today." I finally give up and got my lawyer to send him a letter for intent to lien and he paid 538.00 of 1500 and says that's all he owes. Im sure it will take liens to get the rest but haven't had time to even file lately and with the time it would take collecting 1000.00 from him i would lose twice that not handling my jobs that do pay.
