Going Direct

I have stumbled across some direct emails to people in charge of the preservation at banks. My question is do they deal with small companies in metro areas like New Orleans or will they only deal with people doing the whole state or the big boys?

If I understand what you are asking, dealing direct with the banks in local areas usually involves only local banks. IE, you won't get someone from Chase sending over a half dozen jobs. You may however get in with bank officer for a local branch in your area that will make you their go to guy. Works for us.

Banks, Realtors, Insurance agents, business owners, strip malls, hospitals, apartments, condos, city code enforcement, oh yeah, the homeowner himself. How is that for hooking you up in the marketplace and I won't charge you a thing....
