Freddie Mac

Just signed up with M&M Mortgage. They do a lot of Freddie Mac. I sat through the orientation and it was informative.

What I want is any advice from people with experience doing FM work so I might get a few ideas about what are their hot button items I need to pay special attention to.

Thanks.

Been doing Freddie for about 5 years give or take.
their QC is pretty tight. I know the inspector that does our area is
NUTS for exterior cobwebs. We always take the blower and go around the house to make sure theres no grass clipping ect that get on the siding and caught up in webs.
But he ALWAYS finds some. (I personally think hes spider man and creates them bad boys)

and just make sure you bid the snot outta everything..
Ive never had them turn one down with the right pics.

re

Does Freddy work through service companies in some parts of the country? Around here you work directly for them and it's an exclusive contract designated by county. When you have the contract you do everything for them trashout, sales clean, lawn, minor repairs, and misc broker requests. They took the lock work and put it in the borkers lap about a year ago (it's been a cluster ****). But there is no outside work done other then capital gains.
