A new low by a national

Received a call from PK management today offering up a new exciting contract opportunity. There contract was a package deal that included a Initial grass cut, move in ready janitorial clean, debris removal up to 15 cubic yards for the unbelievable price of $335.00. She told me that I shouldn't get to fixated on the price as there is always stuff to bid and I could expect to get 50% of all the items I placed a bid on. She than went on to tell me that when I arrived at a property others in the community would want me to look at issues and that there were endless money making possibilities.

I said thanks but I don't get out of bed for those prices.

This was not a HUD work order nor was it tied with them. They started out there pitch "Since HUD inventory levels are down, We have this great new opportunity". I believe it was for rental properties if I remember correctly. It would have to be something similar to that as there HUD contract prevents PPR or REO work, I believe?

How did you not start laughing after you heard PK Management?

It's a well known fact everywhere that they are one of the WORST to work for.
