New low achieved.

Although I finally walked away from PP earlier this year I do enjoy checking out the craigslist ads for fun. Here's a recent ad from Idaho, enjoy!

Property ER Specialists, has a couple of openings for someone with experience for preservation work. We provide the maintenance and repair work on foreclosure properties, rental turns, investment properties, etc. We would prefer that the individual have access to their own tools, but this is not a must. A reliable form of transportation is a must, and a small truck or vehicle that can transport lawn mowers would be ideal.

Experience in property preservation is a plus, but not a must. We are willing to train the right candidate, but would prefer some knowledge or skills. The type of person for the position would be: diligent, self-motivated, has handyman skills, energetic, positive, good communicator and proficient computer skills. The following are some of the types of work we complete:

- Changing locks to secure properties
- Removing interior and exterior debris
- Yard Maintenance
- Completing minor and general repairs from time to time
-- Must have a reliable camera for before, during, after photos of every job
- Provide detailed bids for larger damages and repairs
- Taking before and after photos of work completed and to detailed photos to support bids
Maid services- (Initials & Refreshes)
- Ability to email photos and report forms after work is completed and accurately fill out property inspections reports.
- Must be computer literate and be able to able to meet short deadlines for our processors to load up your work.

What I need from the right candidate:

Experience with lawn maintenance and property preservation work
Prefer you own equipment, a requirement
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must have great communication skills
Must have a working email address and phone number
Must have the ability to complete work orders on time
Must own a computer or smart phone
Must be able to take a minimum of 60-120 photos and a maximum of 121-300 photos per property
Must own a camera with date/time stamp capabilities
Must be familiar with uploading and downloading pictures and documents
Must be willing to submit weekly invoices of work orders completed based on our price sheet
Must be willing to sign our Property ER Contractor Agreement Form

If you think you qualify for the position, please follow the link below to fill out an application or call us directly at. Pay is due on experience, but averages between $10-12.50 to start.

Those prices are becoming fairly typical. Unfortunately most contractors hooking up with regionals don't bother doing some simple math and realize the truth too late.

My employees get paid that.

All they do is show up, punch the clock, **** up my equipment and go home at the end of the day.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

Except they were saying they wanted you to have all the equipment for that rate.

I feel your pain Brother....I feel your pain.

Yes, I have regrets. There are things I wish I hadn't done . . ..things I should have done, but indeed, there are many things I'm happy to have done. It's all in a lifetime.

Re

but but but remember without your employees you wouldn't be able to get the work done, that means that they deserve the same cut you get because all you do all day is push buttons.
