What do you guys think?

Here is a craigslist ad stating they will buy your invoice from you with a discount of 3%...... huh?

Safeguard Preservation Contractor? Get Invoices Paid in 24 Hours!
compensation: 3%
Are you a Safeguard Property Preservation Contractor? Are you tired of waiting 30, 60, 90 days or longer to get your invoices paid? My company will buy your invoices and wire transfer funds into your account within 24 hours for a fee as low as 3%. After establishing a relationship, I will also consider buying invoices for Five Brothers, Cyprexx, Core Logic, or other Mortgage Field Service providers.

Bad credit, no credit, it doesn't matter. We don't evaluate your credit, we evaluate the credit of your clients' (Safeguard).

E-mail me with questions or check out our website at www.preservationfunding.com.

Just another "lending" institution. Payday loans etc....

I'd be willing to bet most ain't getting paid at the 3% rate.

They are just collecting interest off of their money - nothing wrong with it.

So what do they do when safeguard doesn't pay them? Or charges it back? Hell I'd give up 3% if I always got paid.
