Had to post this, just caught it on Craigslist... Ya it IS real

JeRK Home Management is now accepting bids from PROFESSIONAL Property Preservation Contractors for all counties in New York to join our exclusive Contractor Network.

The following services are up for bid:

Trash Outs/Cleaning: Must be capable of providing these services combined or separate, initial or continuing.

Lawn Care: Both initial and continuing

Handyman/Construction: Must be capable of QC inspections as well as lock changes, winterization/de-winterization, small repairs, pool coverings, roof tarping, boarding, reglazing, paint, sheet rock work, etc.

Pre-Forclosure Services: Must be capable of occupancy verifications, evictions, cash-for-keys, and bidding preservation and construction work.

Snow Removal: Must have plow, snow blower, and salt spreader.

All bidders must provide documentation of a minimum of $1M General Liability, workmans compensation insurance, business registration, and applicable licensing at time of submitting bid. All contractors are expected to service a 100 mile radius from office location.

BID INSTRUCTIONS:
Email us from the contact tab and we will forward bid requirements. Contractors with multiple crews to perform all services outlined will be considered first. All bids due in by Monday September 8.

Ok 2 issues with this.
1. Who the hell names their company jerk? and you would trust working for a company with that name.
2. They emailed me a couple of weeks ago before I closed and their pricing was lowball.

I never heard of this company and I been around the same area his office is in for a while. Just another scam
