Never heard of DEA

HPIR HUD Property Inspection Report

$75 for an HPIR is an insult. Don't waste your time. If you look up the HUD awardee's (if that's a word) you'll find out who has the contract. My guess is DEA is trying to sub Sentinel, PKMG or some other company that actually has the contract.

For what it's worth, HUD post convey sucks. There is NO money to be made there. Actually, post convey might be the only thing that ranks worse than Safeguard........

I see their name on my sign in sheets. They inspect my FNMA stuff.

I have no knowledge of their operations, but have met and talked with a few of their inspectors and didn't hear any complaints.

To my knowledge DEA has been around since 2010 doing independent inspections. Essentially they are a farm mill, and have made promises to the Ntl MSM's in an effort to land inspections across the country. I know a couple of the anagrams use them exclusively for QC inspections as well.
