For all You that believe this industry...

is soooooooo unique, "not any other industry that does this to contractors"crap, here is a direct quote from my old industry, posted today:
Quote:
Yeah, the old timer standing in the lot talking about the old day's remembers what it was like when you had owners who gave a ****. What do you do about the guy standing around talking or the ones who's metric's are down? I know what you do, NOTHING! Because even at half production YOU still got a raise by ****ing the worker by taking a higher percentage while lowering the price on the guy actually doing the work!
So PLEASE quit the whining and crying that PP is so unique and the only industry with issues. Y'all don't know what you are flapping your yaps about no matter how many times you repeat the same dribble over and over and over again...

That was funny. I have no idea what he was actually saying. The meaning yes, but it was like his kid got on the computer today.

I wonder how many other "industries" they have been in to make that claim? You never know. I don't think PP is an industry though, more like a niche or filler work for construction related contractors etc.

What he's saying is. Many other industries such as truck driving, fiber optics, sales etc in which large firms book large contracts for "bargain" prices are subbing stuff out to those who will do it for less is causing issues there as well. People who no longer have the work loads they once had are scraping and taking anything and everything. Just like PP. Then resubbing it out to meet unrealistic deadlines in hopes they will get more work in the hopes of subbing more out.
