Couldn't make this stuff up if i tried

I Couldn't make this stuff up if i tried!Today i get a email stating my invoice on a property will be adjusted for a railing. How you can measure from a photo is beyond me but hey what do i know. The same national i am doing work on there property's approved a plumbing repair bids so i decide to get it done while i am in the area.I walked right past it not even realizing it at first but the basement had flood and mold damage.Wait a second i mean "DISCOLORATION"My bad.I bid got declined and some other Tool got the job lol hey godbless them.Place looks ok they painted the floor with kilz and demoed the basement left all the screws in the studs but thats not the worst part. They took all the debris from the demo and stuffed them in the crawl space and are about ready to re rock over it.You can't Make this **** up.Talk about quality work!Sorry if i use this place to vent a little to much & i know its not my business to care but i mean common
