Im a free man of this work.. i fought and fought to get paid and it wasnt until i used the magic word... "lein" That seem to piss S/G off to high end..as my work was all reassign and i was let go.
Cant do this work anymore anyways. was making 22k a week 6 months ago.
they changed there pricing and i went from 22 too 6-8k but still running a 22k a week business..
flat fees in our area are 400-500 dump fees range from 190-280 plus employees and gas, etc I was making a wooping 100-180 profit at a house.. not enough to have a shop, 8 trucks, 13 employees, Ins, inv, etc
S/G is a joke.. They said scorecards, scorecards, scorecards.. BS.. i held a 4.0 bso. i held 98-97% on time in all sections.. the vendor they wanted is 10-15 days late on INTS.. only broom sweeps homes, fails most BSOS.. but they like him cause they can cover rural areas.
Good luck to s/g i have some internal emails ill post here as soon as i get my last check.. there is some f***ed up stuff that goes on there and you will have a total diff outlook after you read some of these emails i got.
BUt right now im going to sit back and relax a little sell a truck off every month or so. No more 11pm sitting on computers dealing with photos worrying if the photo they have is good enough. No more not getting paid cause the updaters are lazy ass holes with poor training and dont want to look at the next photo
If you think about this.. if they take on avg 5-10 bucks per INT. order per vendor times that by how many orders and vendors they have.. They have a good racketeering gig going on.. Not only do they take your % then hit you on every order.. Not bad.. not bad at all
