What would you do?

I went to this property for a grass recut, only the grass was 1" in height, I took pics and measures to show it obviously did not need to be cut, there were no other exterior items that could be done either, so I called my state rep, got her voice mail, left her a msg, got home and uploaded what I had with notes to explain, a week later she sends me this email.. We must always find something to do to charge the client, please return to the property and take some leafs and dirt and spread it around on the walkways, then take pics, take pics of you trimming and edging then clean it up an take pics??????? WTF.... I couldnt believe what I was reading.... My reply.." I don't think that would be honest to throw leafs and dirt on the sidewalks and then clean it up??????? we can go back and suck up the leafs(there were hardly any most were in the woods in the back of the property) but I think that would be dishonest to do what you are asking". needless to say we just got this rep a few weeks ago idk where they got her but, and this is for altisource so any one have any feed back?

Not unusual to hear a story like that, but those are normally phone conversations, not emails that can be documented. What a maroon.

When you have to lie or steal to be in business, it's time to look for another business.

Sun glass sales are booming, stay off my freakin island though.

Hell... When I first started, they told me the same thing but just not in so many words. Lol, I just finally learned that if it didn't need cutting, just fake it til you make it.

Most if not all of my work orders say if the grass don't need cutting don't cut, period. But most of my contractors cut the grass anyhow, and bill me, so i turn around and bill the client. But if the client cut the invoice i intern cut the contractors invoice, this has been going on since Ive been in business.

Even after years of the contractors getting cut they still do it, every year!

If they got good pics of them riding the mower over the grass or good action shots they get away with it. But Ive never been to told to do it anyway.
