You will need the BIG Bottle of Lube and a strong strong bank account. If you want to own a small business. Take a large business and work for PK. You will be a small business in no time.

best advice I can giv you is too google them, if they are legitimate, then ask for a price list this is usually my deciding factor, and if I find bad reviews, usually there prices are so low, and I don't bother signing on, I am also out of Michigan, and so far I haven't found a regional based out of Michigan that has not ripped us off. And most if not all of the properties we have serviced here for re ck on other contractors wints, have not been done correctly, water still in the lines and feces in toilets... so whom ever did those will be facing some charge backs im sure..... no name on there stickers and always the same sticker at those properties, green sticker with just a date.

THE INFAMOUS GREEN STICKER with no info!!! I've ran into these guys on a few occasions. They've watched some Youtube videos and bam! They can wint all of a sudden! They are mainly landscapers which in their case equals a small push lawn mower, a gallon of gas and jacked lawns . I used to get there call backs for wints until I left REO alone!

Yep, and as another poster in a different thread mentioned, it isn't uncommon for these wint crews to fail the pressure test just to cya. They usually don't last long enough to be charged back anyway.
