Diverse property solution (don't trust)

I want to thank you for your input for those who replied
there has to be a way to knock the companies out of the game especially
when they like to screw sub out of there pay or sit there and make them wait
a extra week or 2 because they are mad at you because you get upset when they don't pay you when they are supposed to or when they find every excuse in the book to get away with it !!
DIVERSE is famous for doing that and you just go around and around and ANGEE D the owner does not know what she is doing and plus when you have to get a hold of her all you can do is thru email and it takes her about a week to get back in contact with her and then it is still hard thru email but she don't care because the way she figures it if you don't respond back or if you forget then that is more money in her pocket, Do not ever believe that she wont because she will and that's that. Diverse has screw me to the some of $5000 +
and all i keep getting back in answers is that they will review it and that was back in june of 2014 and i still never got anything because of the client

To every preservationist

Be aware do not do any work for diverse unless you are willing to be screwed, glued, and tattooed
and they will and diverse will not think twice about it they do not care about their contractors and sub-contractors i have heard this from other people on the field and sat and talked with them, and that is when you drive 2 hours to a job for them because they called you asked you to do this for them as a favor only to find out that they have another person going there to and when you call them to let them know there is 2 of you there they will just say hey let me check and then they will ask who was there first and if it was not you then they will tell you tough and they wont even pay a trip charge of 15 or 20 mean while it just costed you what ever in gas and time and then they jump on you because you went there so now you are going to be late on your other work after they told you that you would be giving extra time and you are not giving it and know you have a late fee

Exclamation To every preservationist

WHEN YOU WORK FOR OR ARE THINKING ABOUT IT ASK DIVERSE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS TO PUT THERE LATE FEES IN WRITING TO YOU AND SEND IT THRU A EMAIL TO YOU BECAUSE YOU WILL SOON FIND OUT WHEN THEY SAY $35 LATE FEE FOR A JOB THAT I WILL BECOME THE PRICE OF THE TOTAL JOB
I WENT FROM 14 JOBS BEING LATE BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN ON A FAMILY EMERGENCY (MOM HAD A HEART ATTACK ) AND I LET THEM KNOW AND THEY TOLD ME NO PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD GET ME COVERED AND THEY DIDN'T THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY A LATE FEE FOR THOSE JOBS !
SO I FIGURED IT OUT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION
AND I WAS GOING TO HAVE PAY BECAUSE THEY WILL JUST TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR PAY AUTOMATICALLY SO I TOOK 14 X $35 THAT = $490. SO OUT OF A $2000 CHECK FOR THAT 2 WEEK I WOULD GET $1500 RIGHT NOPE THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF EACH JOB WHICH EQUALED THE SUM OF $1976 SO MY CHECK WAS ONLY $24 AND WHEN I BITCHED ABOUT IT ALL THEY CAN SAY WAS READ YOU CONTRACT
SO MY ADVICE TO YOU IS NOT TO WORK OR DO WORK FOR THEM
IF YOU DO BE REPAIRED
THIS JUST MEANS MORE FOR THEM IN THEIR POCKETS !!!

Ranting and carrying on on the internet will not put money in your pocket. If they really owe you some amount of money, take it thru the legal system.

This is business, personal problems, while they are sad and all, they don't stop the rest of the world, and work must go on. My customers don't really give two ****s what one of my employees problem is, they maybe sympathetic, but get the dang job done.

If you are in the right, the legal system will be your friend, if you are in the wrong, well, make sure you're in the right.
