Never heard of pennymac, but SG lost Chase here due to shoddy work, its only a matter of time until the rest of their clients follow

at least on the FNMA REO stuff.
there are several pop up "so called nationals and regionals" trying yo farm it out, it's fun to watch. I will not help them in any way. I covered a pretty large area in the past, but now that Safeguard has the contract it will all go to hell and I will do everything in my power to accelerate the process. I just had a pop up company try to offer me the winter maintenance/snow removal. The wanted to pay about $15. Lately I have been applying to a lot of them, getting their information, and inventory. I will use this information to it's full potential, to make sure they do not succeed. Including licensing check, code violations, and any other thing I can think of, they gotta go! I'm not going to obsess about it, but when the opportunity presents itself to punch these [email protected]#$%&* in the wallet, I will not let it pass.
