Quest

I have several assets, as an agent, in which Quest is the preservation vendor. They fail to show up for weeks on end. When they do show up they take things that are supposed to stay with the house, they do half the job, they dont clean anything, they do nothing within close to the quality guidelines that are set forth and they continue to get away with it.

I am now being told that I have to pass them in order to move to the next step and they will come back to do the rest later. Thing is.....they won't come back and i don't understand why they keep getting away with this.

You are supposed to be a stop gap to that bs. The lender needs to be aware of everything you posted.

GTX is right !!! im kinda curious who is telling you that "you have to pass it now and they will come back" ? because it sounds to me a BUNCH of B*#LL S#*%T. and if your job is to pass or not pass I don't think it matters what anyone says it sounds to me like YOUR the one holding all the liability there, I would insist on having that in writing befor passing anything like that couse you know the old saying... $#*T rolls down hill.

sorry for my little rant its just that I have been backcharged for so much BS over the last few year and learned my lessons the hard way I just see an AMAZING amount of liability with what you have just described ....anyway good luck, let us know how this all works out for you and what you decide to do
