We do and trying to quit. It came to a lot of nonsense in the recent month.
Example: They modify our bids and send us approvals that nothing like what we sent. We: Please reassign our bid to whoever provided it. They: Hmm, it's your bid. We: Really? I don't see anything in my bid that you sent me as an approval.

They sent us wrong scopes to complete and then trying to make it our fault because we didn't notice it was a wrong scope. We tried to tell them this btw, but they told us to proceed regardless.
I can type the books on what we dealt with. I am dealing with some other nonsense now that really makes me want to say good buy. We are gen contractors with a lot of value, but they don't care and treat us poorly.
You forget to put comma in your sentence and they will try to use it against you. their updaters suck and it will come and bite you.
We provided bid to demo commercial multiunit (5 units). They: we need to reduce it as it doesn't price same way in our software. How tired we are from this software. My subs don't care about this software at all and all companies have their own pricing and no, they will not agree to demo huge house for 11000 when they told me 18000.

They: Provid bid for roof 120 miles away. we provided roof bid and noted that there is also mold. They sent us back for mold stating we had to provide bids for all damages (it was an REO, so not a convey order) It's just crazy. So, since then, I am too broke to go further than 40 miles. And that house was sold between our first trip and last.

So, saying that, I am working on my marketing tools at the moment, such as facebook, google and more. It will take a while, but we also have rentals, so I will not cry when I will not have to deal with any of that.
