We are owed a few thousand from them. They have allegedly sent Safeguard a "demand for payment" for invoices over 30 days old. They seem to not care that we work for them and not Safeguard, and I don't give a flying rat's tailfeathers whether Safeguard has paid them yet or not. They told me 30 days when I started working for them, and I have invoices unpaid dating back to September!

I imagine Safeguard will make it right immediately.

Just this one time. That I could do some SG work third party, and somehow insulate myself from SG. Luckily, I came to my senses before I actually did it.

So yesterday (after being extremely underpaid when we were told they would catch us up on pay) I filed an official complaint with Washington State L&I for unpaid wages, along with evidence of being misclassified as an independent contractor when we have been treated as employees. I would encourage others that have issues with PacWest to do the same. These people are ridiculous.
