Servicelink (LPS) scoring system
Did they modify it to where it is nearly impossible to be gold? According to their verbage, invoice dates may differ from SL invoice dates, meaning when we update w.o does not mean crap, it is when they get around to invoicing the job is what goes on the scorecard. Anyone having these issues? We where gold for years until they changed their scoring system. Now it says we have 13% late orders, which is impossible, we never have any late orders.
