Today's class is about the end game.

Very first paragraph of the article class. [I]"...with a massive backlog of distressed loans and a return to normalcy is at least two years away, if not longer."
You can look at that quote as meaning you have at least another 24 months of mowing, junking, scrapping and mopping for your living and can go back to sleep, or you can start planning your next venture. You should not take it to mean on or about 2017 a couple states begin to level off; that is already happening. You think it is hard enough to fight thru all the hack subs to get work that pays now, wait until the flow of work slows by say, 30%, then 50%.
By then, Florida foreclosure may be at 60% what they were in 2014 but Colorado is at at 10%. It isn't going to be the same across the country.

The bar tender just looked at the clock, he is closing the kitchen and will be yelling out "last call" before long. Find yourself a new date .
