Reservation Land

Anybody have experience in servicing property's on a reservation? I had an order on a res looked occupied so I said nope. Getting asked by the almighty masters to return and get direct contact.

I've been going through the hud section 248 info & https://www.fanniemae.com/content/fa...nding-code.pdf

Just seems like a poor idea to me to do what they are asking, if anybody knows I would appreciate the input.

Get them all the time. Tribal work permit required here. Also have to hire Indian labor. Most reservations have similar laws. When i tell them this and what i need to buy the permit they re-assign to some schlub who don't know any better........

I appreciate it, I wasn't even aware that outsiders could own land on a reservation before this.
