ObamaCare and Independent or Employee Classifications

BOY the circus continues: Obamma wants to raise taxes AND allow Independent Contractors ObammaCare reported by Forbes. I wonder does that mean if you are Company X that hires an I.C. would they be required to make contributions to the I.C. insurance plan.

""The President also wants to change the independent contractor vs. employee playing field. Notably, Obamacare covers employees, not independent contractors. The President’s proposal would put more power in the hands of the IRS to reclassify independent contractors as employees. The budget recognizes that the law is tough to apply and tough for businesses to understand. It states that, “New enforcement activity would focus mainly on obtaining the proper worker classification prospectively, since in many cases the proper classification of workers may not be clear.” Now there’s an understatement.""""

I'm sure they know that most small independents simply cannot afford the non affordable healthcare act.

Its a matter of simple math.

And they know that many small ICs will refuse to pay and refuse to pay the penalty as long as they aren't getting a refund.
By bypassing them and going to their money source they'll get their exorbitant fees to fund this monstrosity.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

He can try but enforcement will be a nite-mare, the simple fact the heath insurance fines are starting and will go over like a hammer to the head for those that don't keep up with whats going on with ACA, plus the fact their budget is getting butchered this year and the next. Combine that with the fact they found the emails from Lois Lerner, the house of cards they have built will come crashing down. Plus the only way he can get around this is if the House gives the ok, and they can line item this out the budget, plus combine the fact that the ACA fine are going to hit the Dim's voting block like a ton of bricks. So you will see the Obama voter and the cohorts i congress start to as for repeal.. Simple.

The IC is incorporated with in most business, they will never conceded their rights to reclassify their most profitable aspect of their business model.

The banks depend on the servicers and the servicers depend on IC's.. And the banks own congress. period.

Your last sentence I agree with.

The part about congress actually doing some thing for the good of the country........... not so much.
The Rs rolled over with out much whimper when the Ds said they had to on the DHS funding issue.
Don't hold your breath expecting them to do the right thing here

Agreed, but the R's rolling over immigration enforcement is a differant ball game all together. The chamber of congress has been pushing the R's real hard to let as many illegals into the states as possible, they need cheap labor and over seas IT techs real bad. The ivy league collages are producing a bunch PC correct mind numb robots. which is forcing company's to find real worker over sea mostly Asians and Indians. sad but true. Keep in mind Micro Soft, apple, and a whole host of others where collage drop outs.

But the hammer hasnt falling completely on the ACA yet, the only why to wake ou the mob is to hit their pocket book, and we are about to see the sh*t it the fan soon.

Here just some examples of the effect of the ACA,
Cornell students erupt over health care fee, they get their real first taste of socialism.

Democrats seek relief from health law penaties

Getting back to the IC's the government cant function without subbing contracts out, its a huge part of the way it currently function. charges and enforcement will force the rewriting of the law on a Congregational level.

Also Lois learner stated in here blackberry email that no one will believe here that 2 hard drives crashed with in 2 weeks apart.
