Craziest reconvey issues you've seen?

What are some of the craziest reasons a you have seen a property re-convey for?

Me....I remember one re-conveying for a SOCK that was found in the bottom of a sink base cabinet. It was back in 2010 if I remember right.

i think 2 to 4 years ago not only would one sock be enough to re-convey but the servicing company would of recieve a hefty fine also

We got one for unknown water source in the house and it really was unknown. We bid to send plumber to investigate, never got approved. We broke the head trying to see even how pipes were making into the house. Not that we really worked that hard, but were puzzled

Im sorry the home has new plumbing and a city water meter and the well was tapped and the old pump is cemented to the floor.... that goes to a dead end electrical box. If i found it a treat i would have said more... but this is not a sump pump!!!!
