Few people understand the psychology of dealing with a Property Preservation Company. A normal contractor will panic and immediately pull over to the side. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the Preservation Firms heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow. But he won't know what to make of your blinker signal that says you are about to turn right. This is to let him know you're pulling off for a proper place to talk. It will take him a moment to realize that he's about to make a 180 degree turn at speed, but you will be ready for it. Brace for the g's, and fast heel-toe work.

after discount for AMS REO trash/sales clean and initial landscape. I cherry picked the hell out of them, and turned down anything that had more than a small pick-up load, or had something I wanted. Usually a contractor bag or two for just under $400 on the trash out. If it was wint season all the better, a repair or two, decent money for a low overhead company, or a one man show. I think they(other companies) want to pay like 3-4 hundred now, you will starve.

The market works like this is.

If you saturate your neighborhood with water melons the price of the water melon does down.

If the market place is flooded with an over abundance of gas, the price of gas does down.

Ok then, class is dismissed.
