I had a female minority client that owned her own brokerage and got a lot of FM. Used to try and send us on goose chases all the time to bid against her in house crew. I told her at some point that with so few approvals we would have to begin charging bid fees refundable on the job of course. Ended that.
I have one now that will call and text 30 minutes after sending over a request for a bid, wanting to know the status. I usually just tell him that unless we are in the area it is 24 hours/end of the next day. After 7 years he still repeat texts about every 3 hours. Nice guy but a little OC.

Ha..

This guys isnt OC. he is just being a prick.. i was at a bid he asks why do you think my heating bill is so high.. I go Who boarded up the windows. He writes back the guy that trashed it out.. I said well he just slapped 2 x 4s on the basement window and you have softball size holes letting heat right outside.. He said oh really.. would you be able to fix that while you are there since you are there..

some people just should have a good kick in the ass to see if they are in reality or not.. just my option.
