We are in CA and are currently involved in a labor board case with a prior Sub. How do the big companies (Cyprexx, Safeguard, etc) get away with hiring all of us as Subs but us little guys get taken to the labor board by some POS and lose and are told that we should be hiring employees? We run our business the same as the big companies how do they get away with it?
