Then vs Now

Let's hear your then vs now mantra.

For example: Real world and PP/REO world

In 2009 Framing was paying $2.75/ft here
In 2015 Framing IS paying $5.50+/ft here (and you'd be lucky to secure them within 6 weeks)

In 2009 FNMA Initial Service Package $1150 (lawn, trash, maid, wint)
In 2015 FNMA Initial Service Pacage $350???? <---- Tell me it's not true?

Example 2

In 2008 concrete here was $64/yd
In 2015 concrete is now $97/yd

In 2008 a dry wint was bringing $125 less discount
In 2015 a dry wint is bringing $60 less discount

Anyone see a problem here?

I have never done a $60 wint or a FNMA flat rate for less than $800.

Prices are actually falling a little but what I see more than anything are more and more requirements, cost estimators, additional pictures, apps on phones, etc and not one single dollar extra for these items.

I feel like the clients give absolutely zero pushback to the banks.
