Quest Preservtion

So this is a recent communication I had with Quest Preservation. I have color coded it to be easier to read. Red is Quest Green is me. Now the 2 counties I cover are large counties and exceeded his wanted 50-75 mile range he wants Except north and west. I just refuse to budge outta my set coverage zone unless its for the right dollar amounts. (Which they cant afford ) Am I wrong? I love how he said their prices aren't set in stone. The 2 pictures that have before written on it is what was originally sent with the vendor packet the one with after is what they sent back after i sent them my price sheet.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Quest Preservation

I have attached our Vendor Packet for you to fill out and review. This
packet includes our Vendor application, W9, Workers Comp Waiver and
Sub-Contractor Agreement. Our price sheets are also attached. The price
sheet contain all of our services that have standard pricing. Anything
that is not found on the price sheets are services that you would be
giving us an estimate or bid to complete or repair. Please fill these all
out and sign the price sheets and send them back to me as soon as
possible.

Please remember that a Certificate of Liability Insurance is required and
we cannot send you work prior to receiving this certificate. The
certificate may be sent to us directly from . I have
attached an Insurance Example certificate for reference.

If you have any questions feel free to have your insurance agent to contact me by phone at.

Please forward all completed documents to me promptly so that I can get
your vendor activation started.

We look forward to working with you!

Hi,
I appreciate the opportunity to do some work for your company. Unfortunately after reviewing the price sheet. I will not be able to proceed with any work.

Best of luck,

Hey,
If you would like please send over your price sheet and coverage areas and I can see where we can meet you in the middle on something. Please just write on the price sheet I sent you. Let me know if you would like to do that. Our prices are not set in stone and we are always open to seeing our vendorís prices.

Ok will do. I;m out of the office for the day but will send it over this evening.

Hello,
Sorry a response took longer than expected. Please see attached price sheet and letís see if we can meet in the middle somewhere.

We're still gonna need to work on the prices then we can see how it goes. It does say vendor must cover 3/4 of state. That I cannot do.

Hello,
We can still work with you on the mileage. You would still have to cover a 50-75 mile radius of the address you provide. Normally we ask that our vendors cover a 30 mile radius. Please let me know if the 50-75 mile radius would be okay with you?

Unfortunately I would not be able to. I cover ******* and ******* county. Although it might me a smaller coverage area then you want. I do that so I can rest assure that all the work I complete is top par and submitted by due date.

Hello,
If you are not open to working a larger radius, we cannot justify a higher pricing for you. Thank you though for your time and effort on trying to meet us in the middle.

these guys are a JOKE this is one of the first companies I worked for when starting my company, as with most after seeing there price sheet it appears over the last few years there prices have gone down and there expectations have gone up. the bulk of there work is safeguard (WICH SHOULD BE A HUGE RED FLAG) and I like how there sheet says $20 per CYD, because all of there debris removals are REO and there "REO DEBRIS" is $15 per cyd so don't count on that top dollar $20 CYD HAHAHAHA.........there communication sucks and when they call at 2pm and demand you complete a job by end of day and you say no? ? ? ? well here come the back charges. also there pay dispute time line is as follows. ALL PAY DISPUTES MUST BE FILED WITHIN 45 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. WELL THEY DONT SEND CHECKS TILL THE MONDAY AFTER THE 45 DAYS SO WHEN U GET CHECK AND PAY BREAK DOWN ITS ALREADY TO LATE !!!!!! RUNNNNNN FARRRR AND FASSSSTTTTT !!!!!!!!!!
