Foreclosure in 2009 or 2010?

Well?

I got a call from a Atty friend who was at meetings this weekend concerning the "potential" for monetary gain from joining this network. Everyone that was in the group that had contact with a wrongly foreclosed home is A TARGET (Banks, Service Companies, Contractors, Realtors).

Was told that the contractors and realtors would "probably" get out of the lawsuit BUT the cost of the defense may break you.....

Another reason to CHARGE WHAT YOU ARE WORTH!

Like you and I have discussed many times on the phone.

Its asinine of the highest order to include contractors in this lawsuit.
The information to determine the proper process for the legal repossession is simply not available to the contractors.
Exactly where is that info available for research prior to going to any given property for every work order?

BPWY,

You know I noticed that about Ocwen. That surprised me but I'm thinking that Ocwen is only a servicer for others so maybe they would be considered a "service company"?

You know what this is.... another $$ Grab. The only winners is the lawyers...AGAIN.

If the potential lawsuit is about what I think it is, then contractors wouldn't have any legitimate liability or reason to worry.

Maybe it's time to become a lawyer.
