I am doing some research and math. What was VRM's payment plan BEFORE they switched to this absurd flat rate concept?
I don't know what it used to be but we tried the current plan as a favor to a realtor and it simply doesn't work. You would be better off sitting on the couch. They are terrible with communication also. Your phone calls go straight to voicemail and emails never get returned.
They are one of the biggest jokes in the business.
