Universal Mortgage Field Services

Hey all! Just looking for some input on Universal Mortgage Field Services. I searched the threads but the last mention of them was in 2013 so I figured I'd see if anyone has any recent opinions to add? Looking for more work here in FL since the company I work for now has slowed down tremendously this year and was wondering if they were a decent option to add to the list and if not, who may be. I know their pay isn't the absolute best, but being a relatively new, small company it's not like people are just opening doors when I knock...and trust me, I've been knocking lol. Any input on this company or any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Hey hey. Good luck - I recently made my company official too. Been working in my state with NAPA (national asset protection agency), who are based in Tampa

Solid pay for the most part, very receptive, they help with bids etc etc. Just be nice and professional with them - provide DAILY updates - and you will be treated well. I have been with them for almost 2 years.

You must be fully insured ( I have Comp. Gen. Liability on business policy. standard 1 mil/2 mil aggregate) is all you need. so pretty cheap. And pass a background check. The hoops are worth it though, and if you cover enough area - you get grass cuts year round in FL ching ching
