Safeguard to Pay $1 Million to Illinois

I see you are an inspector in Illinois or your name implies as such. My question is this: will you supply a Signed Affidavit for the measly pay that SG offers?

I know as a Licensed/Certified Home Inspector (non-practicing) that I would never complete an affidavit and accept all the liability.

I wouldn't work for Safeguard if they quadrupled their pay, so no, I wouldn't.

That would explain their new photo requirement of ringing door bells and knocking on the door at every property.
